This site processes six public data sources through an eight-stage pipeline to compute redistribution pressure, Alternative Plan review flags, and compound vulnerability for all 128 Los Angeles Metro station groups (111 Metro rail + 17 G Line / Orange Line BRT).
SB 79 Tier 2 includes qualifying BRT corridors. The G Line / Orange Line BRT is included in this dataset. The J Line remains excluded based on LA City DCP’s November 2025 report because it lacks full-time dedicated bus lanes. The operational D Line Phase 1 stations at Wilshire/La Brea, Wilshire/Fairfax, and Wilshire/La Cienega are included; Phase 2 and Phase 3 stations remain under review.
Station areas are modeled as 0.5-mile analytical buffers from station centroids. This is an approximation; legal implementation of SB 79 depends on parcel-level distance to a qualifying pedestrian access point and the applicable 200-foot, ¼-mile, or ½-mile distance band.
LimitationsNo Alternative Plans have been filed. No redistribution has occurred. Exposure is elevated based on spatial pattern; outcomes are not yet documented at the parcel level.
The 200-foot adjacency intensifier is not modeled at the parcel level. Census tract joins introduce geographic approximation. Station-tier classification (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is not yet modeled at the parcel level.

Key constraintNo text or map on this site predicts construction, displacement, or legal eligibility at the parcel level. The model identifies exposure patterns, not guaranteed outcomes.
